OR Weekly Classes Saturdays 1:15 PM – 2:15 PM

Ages 8 – 15

Attire: t-shirt, and black athletic sweatpants.

This class will improve all aspects of athletic performance, including coordination, strength, balance, and mental focus, and can supplement other sports commitments.
