Kansas City Friends of Alvin Ailey will present Gone Before, a new multimedia dance theater performance for students grades k – 12 on March 27 at 9:30 and 11:00 am and March 28 at 10:30 am at the Folly Theater. This one hour production will take students on a journey across continents to new worlds. This fully costumed production will feature dancers, a poet, vocalist, percussionist, turntablist and cartoonist. Ailey II or Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater will return for school performances in 2020. Additional information to follow.

This purchase includes a free 30-minute presentation to students by a KCFAA Ambassador prior to their Ailey Theater Performance! Students receive information about KCFAA, and theater etiquette.
