2022 Annual Gala

The Kansas City Friends of Alvin Ailey 2022 Annual Benefit Gala will be held on April 9, 2022.  The Ailey spirit will shine as Ailey II performs an exhilarating and diverse repertory at the Folly Theater. We are excited to welcome Ailey II’s new Artistic Director, Francesca Harper, to Kansas City and experience new works from the company. Their amazing performance will be followed by an elegant dinner and the best-dance-party-ever celebration at the Kansas City Marriott. Our 2022 Gala theme is “In Good Company”. Since we have all been isolated for nearly 2 years, this will be an opportunity to bring our community back together for a fun night of dance, diversity and Ailey magic!
